From my experience music is something that brings joy to children’s lives and allows them to be expressive individuals. My goal is to always create an environment where students are comfortable to take risks and are joyful.  I hope to inspire my students to be musically independent and creative individuals. The experience that I have teaching music to children in a variety of different environments has given me the tools I need to teach all students. I always put the students first and will go beyond what is required of me to ensure that the students are successful, engaged, and are enjoying music.
